about
MY STORY
Before my creative career, I spent several years as a registered nurse, eventually working as a public health nurse manager and teaching in community and mental health settings.
Following a lifelong pull toward art, I studied marketing and UX/UI design and jumped right into freelancing. I worked with a wide range of clients, including A local Bay Area tea house, a New York-based social media company, and Punk Rock Bands based in Oakland.
My major turning point was landing at Paxton Gate, a curiosity shop in the mission district and a 20-year San Francisco institution. It was the perfect environment to really hone my craft. There, I found my voice for the strange and unusual, proving that you can make marketing that is incredibly artful while still delivering real results.
My Approach
I run social from start to finish: concepting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and publishing. If a project needs custom photography or artwork, I shoot and create that, too.
